MAUREEN BADEJO: MFM Wins Defamation Suit Against Blogger in UK Court

The Church indeed is marching on and the gates of hell shall never prevail against it.

God has again shown Himself strong on behalf of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Church (MFM).

Point News reports that MFM has recently been publicly slandered and defamed with a series of libellous videos and comments by a blogger Maureen Badejo.

The church has recently faced a series of baseless and unfounded allegations which ended up in courts of different jurisdictions. From Nigeria, to the United States and then to the United Kingdom.

Point News gathered that the intention of Maureen Badejo was simply to garner clout on social media with the ultimate sim of becoming an influencer.

The fraud, pilfering, and other allegations about MFM and her General Overseer Dr. D.K. Olukoya, had no shred of evidence and could not stand the fire of litigation. The blogger simply tried to ruin the reputation of the church in a bid to generate views and get cheap popularity.

Point News investigations revealed that Maureen, the blogger, was being spurred on by a group of rogue pastors that were recently disciplined and sent out of the ministry for gross misconduct, and were looking for ways to get back at the ministry as well as the General Overseer.

Having nothing to hide, MFM and her General Overseer sued Maureen Badejo for libel and defamation of character.

In the suit which was heard in the HIGH COURT QUEEN’S BENCH DIVISION IN ENGLAND Maureen was found GUILTY FOR DEFAMATION AND LIBEL.
The court also GRANTED MFM PERPETUAL INJUNCTION AGAINST HER, this she APPEALED.

After hearing arguments from Counsels on both sides and after a studied consideration of those arguments, makes a decision either to allow the appeal or to dismiss it.

This time around, the church won again and the court held that the judgment of the High Court should stand.

The Court stated that her APPEAL was MANIFESTLY PUERILE AND UN-MERITORIOUS and SUMMARILY DISMISSed IT, saying it was a Waste of TIME TO LISTEN TO ARGUMENTS.

MAUREEN BADEJO lost her HAPLESS APPEAL, once again on the 12th of October 2021.

It was previously reported that when the Nigerian court gave her judgment, she called it kangaroo judgment, what then can she say about the verdict of the United Kingdom Judiciary?

The Church is indeed the ground and pillar of truth and God’s word shall never fail.
