MARITIME INDUSTRY: NMMA NOMINATES AMJON MEMBER, LUCAS REPORTER OF THE YEAR

Nigeria Media Merit Award (NMMA) has norminated Muyiwa Lucas of The Nation newspaper and a member of Association of Maritime Journalists of Nigeria (AMJON) for the Award of maritime reporter of the year.

NMMA, in an invitation letter sent via email to Lucas stated that, the winner in the category will be announced at its annual presentation ceremony that will hold in Lokoja , Kogi State between October October 28 and 31 , 2021.

Lucas as a special guest to the NMMA programme has expressed readiness to attend the event with optimism of being the winner of the category norminated for.

General Administrator of the event ,Ayoola Tosan Faluyi said, special arrangements have been made to host Muyiwa Lucas and other nominees in Kogi from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st October 2021.

The NMMA programme, which holds annually, is usually a grand reunion of media leaders, veterans and practitioners in company of prominent members of the society.
