Court of Appeal sitting in Lagos has upheld the electoral victory of Gov. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu and his Deputy, Obafemi Kadiri Hamzat.
Justices of the court in a unanimous decision dismissed the appeal of the Peoples Democratic Party for lacking merit.
The judgement was delivered today Wednesday 15 November, 2023 three Justices, namely: Justice Yargata Nimpa, Justice Samuel Bola and Justice Paul Bassey.
