The credited civil servants with laying the foundation for the various administrations to anchor their developmental road map.

Oborevwori also credited civil servants as partners in ensuring that new frontiers are broken in his administration’s determination to deepen the dividends of democracy to Deltans as exemplified by the successful deployment of Julius Berger to construct first class infrastructure in the state for the first time since its creation in 1991.
The events to mark the end of year party began with a thanksgiving service at the Very Rev. Omeni Memorial Church, Asaba.
In his goodwill message, Mr. Reginald Bayoko, Head of Service, said the quality of service from a civil servant is not in the length of service but in the quality of service. He thanked the Governor for his support and creating the atmosphere for the public service to contribute its quota to the development of the state.
