The Deputy Speaker of Delta State House of Assembly, and House Committee Chairman on Legislative Compliance, Rt. Hon. (Barrister) Arthur Akpowowo, shall be the special guest on ORIENTATION PANORAMA, the Peoples program on Voice of Delta FM 97.9 Asaba.

DS Akpowowo, will be speaking on the State Law on Open Grazing and what his Committee is doing to ensure total compliance.
During the program listeners are expected to call and ask questions, and to also report activities of Herders in their communities, because Open Grazing is an offence in Delta State.
