MWUN Inuagurates Four Haulage Unites in Delta State

The Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN) under the leadership of Comrade Francis Bunu Abi inuagurates four Units under Dockworkers Branch of the Union.

The press release signed by Comrade John Kennedy Ikemefuna, Head of Media, MWUN informed that the four Units are differently located in Delta State as follows: Ifiekoro/Obeji Unit; Comrades Endurance Odongharo Bobele as Chairman and Andy Eyifoma Omagbemi as Secretary.
Sapele Unit, Comrades Felix Oborodowan as Chairman and Akoko Aghogho as Secretary.
Koko Unit, Comrades Happy Wilkie as Chairman, while Bright Dumkpemi is Secretary.
Oghara Unit, Comrades Daniel Ayoka as Chairman with Tanno Kingsley as Secretary.

After the inuagural swearing-in- ceremony, the President of Dockworkers Branch, Comrade Agboola Bolaji thanked the Unit officers and admonished them to be of best behavior, while carrying out their official functions in their various units according to the dictates of the Union’s constitution, so as not to bring the name of the Union into disrepute.

The branch President Comrade Bolaji congratulated the newly elected officers of the units alongside his branch executives and further urged them to be good ambassadors of the Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria at all times; saying that the inuaguration of the new Units has heralded a new era into the Union at large.
