Anambra Guber: Soludo Wins at Supreme Court, Retains APGA Candidacy

Nigeria’s Apex Court has affirmed Professor Charles Soludo as APGA’s Anambra gubernatorial candidate.

Point News reports that the the Supreme Court on Thursday in Abuja affirmed former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, Professor Charles Chukwuma Soludo as the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance, APGA, in the November 6, 2021, election in Anambra State.

The court also returned Chief Victor Oye as the National Chairman of the party.

Justice Mary Peter Odili headed the five-man panel of justices of the court.
