Delta State Commissioner for Lands, Surveys and Urban Development, Chief Emamusi Obiodeh, says the State Government have adequate land to provide for serious investors with capacity to create new towns and industrial parks in Delta State.
Obiodeh stated this while defending the 2024 budget of the ministry before the State House of Assembly Committee on Lands, Surveys and Urban Development.
The Commissioner, while addressing the Chairman, Hon. Alfred Martins and other members of the committee, said the
Ministry, is also ready to digitalize its operations from manual to automated system to eliminate delays in service delivery, which would also increase the revenue generation of the state
The Lands Commissioner further said when completed property investors could access information on government portals relating to properties and land in Delta State from anywhere in the world.
