Anambra state government has banned the use of miniskirts as uniform in all the state schools. The state Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo announced the ban of wearing miniskirts as uniform in all schools through the Commissioner for Education, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh. The commissioner for Education, Prof. Chuma-Udeh disclosed the ban in Awka on Sunday stated that,the ban was necessary and takes effect as schools resume Monday, September 19.
