As the race to 2023 presidential elections draw near, a committee soliciting support for former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, says stakeholders of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in 24 states have endorsed him.

Point News247 reports that the Leader of the Technical Committee for Atiku, Chief Raymond Dokpesi, spoke during a visit of his committee Adamawa State.

Dokpesi said Adamawa was the 24th state his committee was visiting and that all the 24 states showed overwhelming support for Atiku.

He thanked the people of Adamawa for supporting the former Vice-President.

He also stressed that insecurity, disunity, and unemployment had set the country backwards.

Dokpesi said the Northeast is the only zone that has not produced Nigeria’s President since 1966.
