Commandant of Corps Adedotun Sunday Keshinro re-assures Lagosians of maximum protection of critical national assets and infrastructure, through robust engagement with critical stakeholders, intelligence gathering and synergy with all relevant institutions in the state.
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps ( NSCDC ), Lagos State Command in Tuesday, 9th January, 2024, received, a new State Commandant to take over the mantle of leadership of the command.
In a press release signed by the command PRO DSC Abodurin Oluwaseun, the new NSCDC, Lagos State Commandant is Commandant of Corps Adedotun Sunday Keshinro, who took over from Commandant of Corps Usman Ishaq Alfadarai, today.
The former NSCDC, Lagos State Commandant, Commandant of Corps Usman Alfadarai, in his remarks during the handover ceremony, which witnessed the presentation of flag and documents was full of thanks to Almighty God and appreciates the officers and men of the Command, for the immense support they extended to him while he was there as their leader.
However, he charged, the personnel of the Command, to extend the same love and support to their new State Commandant as he believed, strongly that it will be the only way to achieve meaningful success for the Command.
The former NSCDC, Lagos State Commandant, Commandant of Corps Usman Alfadarai has being posted, to Abia State Command as the new State Commandant.
Commandant of Corps Adedotun Sunday Keshinro, while giving his remarks extolled, the Commandant General, Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, Dr Ahmed Abubakar Audi for approving his posting to the state of excellence, in a bid to ensure the fulfilment of the Corps’ vision and mission and its mandates as enacted, by law.
The astute and proactive State Commandant, further seized the opportunity to re-assure his Excellency, the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Mr Babajide Olusola Sanwo – Olu and the good people of the state, of his unflinching commitment to ensure maximum protection of critical national assets and infrastructure, safety of our schools, improved disaster and crisis management, amidst others through robust engagement with critical stakeholders, intelligence gathering and synergy with all relevant institutions in the state.
The new State Commandant, Commandant of Corps Adedotun Keshinro hails from Ijebu Mushin, in Ogun State.
He attended All Saints Primary school, Osogbo and Saint Mark’s Anglican Secondary school Osogbo for his secondary school education.
The intelligence and operational guru proceeded, to the Prestigious University of Ilorin, Kwara State where he bagged, his Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Chemistry between the year 1991-1996.
