Fidelity Bank Plc has announced a high‑level virtual webinar focused on strengthening fiscal transparency and modernising revenue systems in the public sector. Scheduled for Tuesday, March 24, 2026, the event, themed Digital Fiscal Transparency: Unlocking Sub‑national Opportunities for International Partners, will bring together public sector leaders, development institutions, agency heads, and financial experts to explore how digital platforms can improve collections, oversight, and accountability.

Richard Madiebo, Divisional Head, Public Sector, Fidelity Bank Plc, said the session is designed to help institutions tackle challenges such as revenue leakages, fragmented collection channels, poor reconciliation, and weak visibility into revenue performance.

He highlighted how structured invoicing, payment automation, transparent contractor disbursements, and real‑time revenue oversight can drive efficiency and public trust.

The webinar forms part of the bank’s broader commitment to supporting public sector transformation, sub‑national development, and Nigeria’s overall economic prosperity.
