The Comptroller General of the Nigeria Customs Service (NCS), Adewale Bashir Adeniyi, has been conferred with a Doctorate in Leadership and Security Studies by the Federal University, Lokoja, Kogi State. Justice Adefunmilola Demi-Ajayi of a Federal High Court sitting in Osogbo, Osun State, has ordered the arrest and imprisonment of Professor Mahmood Yakubu for disobeying the court’s judgement. Recall that Professor Yakubu just stepped down as the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, having completed two terms in office.
