The Deputy Clerk of the Senate Isabella Ugochi Iloba has formally assumed duty as the Acting Clerk of the Red Chamber. Point News247 reports that President Muhammadu Buhari has approved the appointment of Mohammed Bello-Koko as the substantive Managing Director of the Nigeria Ports Authority (NPA). The appointment was announced in a press release by the Eric Ojiekwe, the Director, Press and Public Relations of the Federal Ministry of Transportation. Recall that Bello-Koko had served as the Acting Managing Director of the NPA following the suspension of former MD, Hadiza Bala Usman in May 2021.
