UNICEF has lauded the recent signing into law of the Jigawa State Child Protection Bill, saying it was another achievement for children’s rights in Nigeria. A new report indicates that the relaxation of travel restrictions occasioned by the COVID19 pandemic and increased economic activities during the year drove recovery in the aviation sector in the first nine months of 2021.
