Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have arrested a 22-year-old lady, Amaka Ogonachukwu, for attempting to smuggle wraps of cocaine concealed in cooked white rice for her boyfriend, Monday Imagbebenikaro, in custody of the Edo State command of the agency. Hunters in Kaduna State have stormed a kidnappers den in Udawa-Birnin Gwari forests and rescued nine persons earlier kidnapped in a convoy. Italian club Ascoli said he died Tuesday at his home in Monte di Procida, near Naples, of cardiac arrest. The younger Maradona was purchased by Napoli in 1987 on Diego’s urging and loaned to Ascoli. The Presidency has confirmed that Buhari will sign the 2022 Appropriation Bill on Friday. Point News247 reports that Presidential Spokesman, Garba Shehu, confirmed this on Tuesday in Abuja.
