Delta state Governor Ifeanyi Okowa says the partnership between states and Federal Government on peer review is needed to solve the myriads of challenges facing the country. Okowa stated this on Monday when the Chairman and members of the Implementation Monitoring Committee of the National Economic Council (NEC) led by the Chairman and Commissioner for Finance, Akwa-Ibom State, Mr Akan Okon visited him at the Government House, Asaba.
