The United States federal agency made this known on Monday in response to a suit filed before the United States District Court of the District of Columbia by an American activist, Aaron Greenspan. Delta State Executive Council, (EXCO), meeting presided over by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, on Wednesday, approved a proposed budget of N714.4 billion for the 2024 fiscal year.The Commissioner for Economic Planning, Mr. Sonny Ekedayen, who disclosed this at a post EXCO press briefing at Government House, Asaba, said the proposed budget comprised N397 billion, representing 56 percent for Capital Expenditure, while N316 billion, representing 44 percent, is for recurrent expenditure.
