BREAKING: Court Adjourns to Nov. 10 after Nnamdi Kanu’s Not Guilty Plea

Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the. has pleaded not guilty to the terrorism charges at the fetderal High Court in Abuja.

Point News247 reports that the Federal Government recently amended the charges against him raising them to seven counts as against the five previous counts. The counts border on treasonable felony and terrorism.

The court session commenced at 10 am with the honourable Justice Binta Nyako presiding.

Kanu pleaded not guilty to all the charges. The trial has now been adjourned to November 10, 2021. Kanu has been ordered to remain in DSS custody

Kanu was arrested in June 2021, outside the country and has remained in custody.
