Point News247 reports that the Lagos State Government has exonorated five students and five officials of Dowen College linked to the death of a 12-year-old student of the college, Sylvester Oromoni. The Panama Maritime Authority (PMA) said it has issued 255 ,714 electronic certificates between December, 2020, until November 30, 2021.
