The Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON) in her efforts to boost Nigeria’s industrial development and improve its competitiveness in the African Continental Free Trade Agreement (AfCFTA),has unveiled 37 standards for Industrial Standardisation Strategy. Dr Joe Okei-Odumakin, a Nigerian human rights activist and wife of late spokesperson of Afenifere, Yinka Odumakin, has given birth to a set of twins. Okei-Odumakin, 55, delivered a boy and a girl at a hospital in the United States of America (USA) on Wednesday. The Nigeria Customs Service (NCS) says it generates more than 80 per cent of its annual revenue from Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Oyo States. Point News247 reports that bandits who abducted 15 villagers in the Mazakuka axis of Mashegu local government area, Niger State, have threatened to kill them if N4 million ransom is not paid on each abductee.
