As the Local government Elections in Delta State draws near, activities have heightened as candidates criss-cross wards and units both federal and State in search of votes in Isoko North council of Delta State.
The election which holds on Saturday, July 13th 2024, has one of the Frontline campaign groups, Hon. Usie Prince grassroot initiative whose supporters are dodgely searching for vote for their Chairmanship Candidate Elder Godwin Ogorugba for Isoko North LGA council.
In an interview with Pointnews247.com Prince Usie, the leader Usie grassroots initiative said,
“Our rally on Monday was well attended, despite the rains, people defiled the rain and turned up in their numbers in my group, they came in their numbers to offer support for Chairmanship Candidate for Isoko North Elder Godwin Ogorugba,
Prince Usie described Elder Godwin Ogorugba as a loyal party man who has successfully managed party affairs very well.
“He is a loyal party man who has been tested and trusted, he has successfully been in and around the party at the local government level.
He is a grassroots mobilizer, very close to the people”
Prince Usie further said, administratively, Elder Godwin Ogorugba has done so well with the people with different initiatives at the party level, insisting he is the right man for the job.
“We are confident that what he did at the party level, he would surpass it what he takes office as the council chairman. My support for him is unprecedented and my followers will follow same pattern following his antecedents”.
He praised the people for coming out at the rally to support the Candidate and assured them of massive development as soon as elder Godwin Ogorugba takes office.
