Senatorial aspirant under the newly formed New NigerIa peoples party(NNPP), Comrade Sunny Ofehe has said he has all it takes to make the difference if elected into office.
Comrade Sunny Ofehe disclosed this while speaking to pointnew247.com in Delta state.
According to him, NNPC has policies that would match the current problems facing Nigeria with an appeal to voters to look in the direction of NNPP when making their choices.
The Isoko-born oil shieke, stated further that” the difference is clear, all we need is voters trust and confidence in our party.
“As for me, hard work would be the.name of the game. I won’t relent in making a difference if I get the ticket, of cause, I am confident of getting it”,he assured.
Reacting to the chances of NNPP in the general elections against other established parties, he said, “Nigeria has been turned to a two-party state, but you have a third force.
In his opinion,” third party would help to promote our democratic value” .
Speaking on NNPP leadership, the well travelled aspirant, thanked the party’s national and state leadership for gathering delegates from all corners of the state and river-rine areas within a short period for the primaries.
” it shows people are indeed interested in our democratic process.”
A well known personality in the oil and gas industry from Isoko in the South Senatorial District who also understands the need of his people was enthusiastic about helping his people more, if elected.
However,at the primaries in Oleh, Delta State, the oil magnet said, although there were logistics problem, nevertheless, everything went smoothly.
He noted that,”NNPP has been making waives and had become a Macce of some sort as people have been visiting the house of the founder in Abuja, his excellency, Rabiu Kwankwaso for one thing or the other”.
On his expectations if elected as a senator,
He said he would be bringing experience and exposure having lived abroad, “coming from Isoko, I would like to assist people from my area. I have been dealing with issues relating to oil and gas.
The multi-Senatorial Aspirant maintained that, credible party policy will fix Nigeria.
