The Lagos State Government has ordered the indefinite closure of Dowen College, Lekki, pending the outcome of an investigation into the death of Master Sylvester Oromoni (Jnr), a student of the school. The Lagos State Government has accepted the EndSARS panel’s proposal to declare Oct 20 ‘Toll Free Day’. The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed the first case of the Omicron variant in the country.
